If you'd like to apply to work at Fairwinds, you should be:

• At least age 18 by June 2023;

• Great at, and love, working with trans & non-binary kids and their families;

• Able to live independently on-site and follow our code of standards;

• Of any gender and any background - of course trans and non-binary folks are encouraged to apply;

• Ready for an amazing experience!
