Rates for 2026:​
The all-inclusive cost of Fairwinds Family Camp, with meals, lodging in a private cabin, activities, and lots of fun and community, is $4,035 for a family of up to 4 people. Each additional family member beyond 4 is $535.

The payment schedule is below. If you would like to request a different payment plan, please email director@fairwindsfamilycamp.com. Once you submit your application, we will send payment information to your email address with the above information.

$1,000 deposit due January 5th, 2026
$1,000 due March 1, 2026
Final balance due May 1, 2026
Refunds:
75% of full fee through March 1, 2026
50% of full fee March 2 - May 1, 2026
25% of full fee May 2 - June 1, 2026
No refunds after June 1.

Rates are per cabin for 6 nights, all-inclusive of everything listed above. Families arrive Monday and depart Sunday.

Private cabin for families
Contact us for rates for private cabin for families of up to 4 people: cabin has one large sleeping room with private full bathroom
There is an additional per person charge for 5-8 people.

How does our pricing compare with other family camps?
Our comparison points are five New England "general" family camps (not trans/non-binary focused). At these camps, accommodations vary and many have mostly shared bathrooms. We are in the middle of the price range of these programs.
